Status symbol was great. This was my second engagement with them, and both services were above and beyond. I had hail damage repaired, which I was in for what I expected to be a rougher experience and it was nothing of the sort. They fixed everything and my car looks like new. In addition they found a couple of other spots that were obscure, and they took care of them! I’ve been to a lot of repair shops for various reasons, and this shop and it’s employees are excellent.

Status Symbol did an excellent job repairing my C6 Corvette, given the circumstances of repairing an obnoxiously yellow, fiberglass car. There were some challenges and delays along the way, but they were sure to communicate exactly the state of the work and the problems as they came up. I was never left questioning what was going on. The quality of the work itself was also great, again, given the challenge of dealing with aftermarket parts for cars like these. There came a problem where Status Symbol had received the 1st replacement quarter panel from GM, and it ended up being a faulty part that wouldn't fit on the car. They called me about this, and they were sure to present a solution along with it, which I really appreciated. There were a total of three delays, but I was willing to be patient for a quality job. And Status Symbol definitely delivered the best they could. The reality is - the car will never be the same. But it sure is close to what it used to be. I was most worried about the paint, as I was informed that Status Symbol was careful to apply 20 layers of paint to ensure the panels blended together well. The car looks amazing in the sun. The only small gripe I have is the 2nd replacement quarter panel that actually did fit on the car is still a little imperfect of a fit, as it doesn't align terribly well where it meets with the door, or where it meets with the headlight (See 1st and 2nd headlight photos - you can see a slight bubbling from where there is just excess material from another minorly faulty quarter panel. That's not Status Symbol's fault though). That's why I say given the situation, they made the best of a pretty crappy scenario to begin with. In case you are wondering, I was hit with a lifted truck at a t-junction. I was stationary, and the truck was moving at maybe 2mph and rolled almost on top of the quarter panel and the wheel. Very thankful it wasn't worse, and also very thankful for Status Symbol for taking care of the car.

They did amazing work on my car after an accident. AND they returned it fully detailed, I was very impressed!

The team at status symbol auto was fantastic and so easy to work with! They helped arrange for a rental for me, my car was ready when they said it would be ready and everything was done completely to my satisfaction. While I don’t hope to be in an accident again, I would definitely use their services and recommend them to family and friends if I needed them.

This is the second time Status Symbol has worked on my car after being rear ended and I am beyond pleased with their service. They have gone above and beyond for me to make sure everything was repaired, the body work is excellent and looks good and they even cleaned the outside of my car for me after the repair. They helped me find a lost key card that made its way into the tiny hole in front of my cup holders after it went missing and put everything back in place after it was found. I highly recommend Status Symbol to Tesla owners for the amazing work they do and the customer service is superb. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
